UNICEF Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the vacancy of Quality Assurance Officer in Abuja. Candidates is responsible for carrying out proactive and systematic HACT quality assurance activities of all activities implemented under the government of Nigeria/UNICEF Country Programme of Cooperation, in order to provide an independent and objective assessment of the rationale, adequacy and effectiveness of the Country Office’s risk management and HACT internal control framework, processes and systems.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Candidate should have professional accounting qualification (eg CPA, ICAN, and ACCA). Candidate must be an Advanced University degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration is an asset.
• Candidate should have a minimum of five years’ experience in internal/external audit, or should have financial management experience in a reputable organization.
• Candidate should have experience in fraud/investigative work, as well as in IT audit.
