Responsibilities
Documents financial
transactions by entering
account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Provide daily sale information and forecasting
Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Prepare revenue report
Management of receivable account
Funds Deposit Management
Management of Inventory
Good knowledge of Income Statement, Financial position and cash flow statement.
Requirements
B.Sc or equivalent in Accounting
ICAN Registered
Must be able to use computer packages like Quick Book, Peach Tree, etc
Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
