NIGERIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (NIS) RECRUITMENT 2014

Nigeria International School (NIS) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following various position in Coutonou Benin Republic.

1. Head Master (Elementary School)
2. Subject Teachers:
   Igbo Language
   Hausa Language
   Yoruba Language
   Government Teacher
3. Vice-Principal
4. Principal
5. Hostel Matron

Education Qualification

Head Master (Elementary School):

Candidate must be masters in Education (M. Ed) or a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) and should have minimum six (6) years teaching experience.

Subject Teachers:

• Igbo Language: (B.Ed/Equivalent) Candidates with B.A and Post Graduate Diploma in Education may be considered. Candidate should have minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Hausa Language: (BEd/Equivalent) Candidates with BSc, or BA with Post Graduate Diploma in Education may be considered. Candidate should have minimum of three years teaching experience
• Yoruba Language: (B.Ed/Equivalent) Candidates with BA and Post Graduate Diploma in Education may be considered. Candidate should have minimum of three years teaching experience
• Government Teacher: (BEd/Equivalent) Candidates with B.A and Post Graduate Diploma in Education may be considered. Candidate should have minimum of 3 years teaching experience. BSc Political Science with PGDE may also be considered.

Vice-Principal:

Candidate must have first degree in Education; Masters Degree will be an added advantage; should have minimum of 3 years of teaching experience

Principal:

Masters in Education or its equivalent; should have minimum of 7 years of teaching experience

Hostel Matron:

Candidate must have diploma in Education/NCE and should have minimum of three (3) teaching certificate years of experience

Note: In addition to the general requirements above, all degrees must be from recognised universities accredited by the National University commission or equivalent.
