EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE FOR STARWOOD HOTELS & RESORTS RECRUITMENT 2014

1. GUEST SERVICE AGENT: Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree Certificate or equivalent and should have minimum 3 years’ experience or 5 years progressive management experience, preferably in a hospitality industry.
2. TRAINING MANAGER: Candidate must be bachelor degree and should have minimum three years of experience in the Training department and previous experience in the hotel operations is required. Candidate must be familiar with Word, Excel, Email and Internet, and must be able to show previous delivery and execution of business based projects.
3. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER: He/She should have minimum 5 years management experience with at least 3 years in housekeeping management at progressively higher levels of responsibility. Candidate must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and should have knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required. Must have previous experience in a large hotel environment.
4. ACCOUNT DIRECTOR: Candidate must have Bachelor degree, additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred. You should have at least 7 years experience an account executive.
5. ACCOUNTS MANAGER: Candidate must have Bachelor degree, additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred. You should have at least 4 years experience an account executive.
6. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER: You must have bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel/Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience required. In the experience, you should have minimum 6 years’ hotel management experience.
7. DIRECTOR OF FINANCE: Candidate must be bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting and a Professional qualification (ACA or ACCA) is required. You should have 7 years experience in a reputable organization, preferably in an international hotel chain. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other applicable computer systems.
8. DIRECTOR OF FRONT OFFICE: Candidate must be BSc, High school diploma, additional hospitality or butler training preferred and should have extensive Knowledge of Fidelio and familiarity with Internet/MS Office applications and related IT preferred. You should have at least 4 years experience within the hospitality industry in a supervisory position.
9. DIRECTOR OF MARKETING (NIGERIA): Candidate must have marketing degree and should have 3-5 years marketing experience.
10. SALES SPECIALIST: Candidate must have bachelor degree, additional education in sales & marketing fields preferred.
11. SALES SPECIALIST: Candidate must be bachelor degree, additional education in sales & marketing fields preferred and should have at least 2 year experience as a Sales executive.
