EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Candidate should have 7-10 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a multinational organisation. Candidate must have bachelor degree in related field; MBA or GPHR certification or actively working towards the completion is an asset. Candidate should have demonstrated HR experience in a manufacturing facility and should have previous leadership, Change Management or Human Resource Management experience. You should have thorough knowledge of human resource management practices and employment related legislation. Candidate should have ability to build an effective leadership pipeline and robust succession plan.
